LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Las Vegas Valley united to raise the cup for the Golden Knights.
Everyone from players to coaches to fans joined in celebrating the team's Stanley Cup Championship with a parade and rally on Saturday.
Thousands were seen covered in gold confetti as they cheered on the team on the Las Vegas Strip. Chance the mascot kept the crowd, riding in style in a convertible next to the VGK cheerleaders and drum line.
Attendees walked amongst the Golden Knights while getting the chance to touch the Stanley Cup.
Fans joined in smiles and tears as they shared the big impact the Knights have left on the city: "They helped us heal when we really needed them."
