MISSOULA, Mont. — Congressman Ryan Zinke visited NBC Montana Today for a live interview Tuesday, Mar. 14.
Zinke answered questions about Native American needs, after several tribal leaders from Montana recently testified before a Congressional committee.
He was asked if Americans should be concerned about the recent collapse of two banks and whether the U.S. government will still be able to function if lawmakers don't agree to raise the debt ceiling.
Zinke discussed the lack of workforce housing in Montana, to which he suggested instigating a 50-year mortgage option.
The fentanyl crisis and efforts to increase law enforcement in Montana was also discussed.
